Memberships, seats and credits are personal and non-transferable.

Depending on your membership tier, you may request one guest seat for selected Editions. Guest invitations are subject to TMS approval. The cost may be covered either by you or by your guest. The Circle shapes every Edition. Certain elements remain intentionally undisclosed until the group is complete. Full logistical details are shared privately with confirmed members in due time before departure.

Requesting a seat expresses your interest, but participation is always curated. Every Circle is intentionally composed to create the right chemistry rather than filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Unless otherwise specified, your Edition includes accommodation, activities, local transportation, meals and curated experiences. Flights, personal shopping and incidental expenses are not included.

If you're unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on timing, your seat may be offered to another member. Refunds are generally not available.

Selected private Editions can be arranged for brands, families or organizations whose values align with The Moving Society.
